Christmas Continued...

We had a lovely Christmas morning, afternoon and evening!  Lauren was the first child up at 5:30 - Hailey shortly thereafter so we followed tradition and went downstairs to see if the big man had come - and he had!  The stockings were filled, the tree was overflowing and the opening began -

Hailey was more than thrilled that Santa had granted her request for Magic Socks!  Ms. Super Sensitive has a really hard time with socks (and everything else) so these magic socks will hopeful provide some comfort.

They also found some sweet treats in their stockings of course!

Both girls received some small Lego sets -
Lauren loves the mini 3-in-1 sets that you can build over and over again!

Hailey likes the mini city sets with people!

Lauren was excited about this Dolphin Mosaic set - anything Lauren can put together is fun for her!

And who doesn't want a Mickey Mouse Club House Choo Choo Train chugging around their home?

Perhaps one of the best parts for Lauren was Chucking the wrapping paper behind her after each gift!  She ended up with quite a pile back their!

and as you can imagine she can't wait to get her hands inside this Physics Pro Kit!

Hailey could not have been happier when she discovered this American Girl Doll!  She has wanted a "big girl doll" since she was two!  She has named her Katie and Katie goes everywhere with us now!

THE BIG GIFT!  She got her Robot and boy did she!  I have to admit - I can't wait for her to finish this one!  It just looks so stinking cool!

Sorry for the rear view but I didn't manage to snap another picture - Hailey got the Handy Manny Fix It Right Repair Shop and several of the little fix it things!  She loves to play with her toy tools and this is a welcome addition to her discovery and play!

So as you can see the girls had a lovely Christmas morning!  After much opening, battery finding, and a little playing mom got a shower and we packed up for the mountains!  We left Denver around 11:00am and headed for Beaver Creek to see Grams and Gramps, Uncle Brad and Aunt Anna - for another round of Christmas fun - To Be Continued....

We had a pretty big Lego Christmas as well! I'm amazed at how many girls really get into Legos. My daughter loves them.

Looks like a very lovely Christmas!
