Ending it...

Finally, coming to end of all the Christmas posts!  After our wonderful Christmas morning and our relatively easy drive to the mountains we got to finish off our celebrations with my family opening presents and enjoying a delicious Christmas dinner courtesy of my mom and all her hard work!

Grandpa got a pair of Dam Tired socks to go with his Dam It Hat from last year!

Uncle Brad got this giant stuff a John Deer Bear to go with his Giant Tractor he bought this summer

Both girls received a couple of Zhu Zhu pets thanks to Gramps early morning trip to Walmart in Beaver Creek - where they were apparently not as popular as their were in the rest of the world!

Both girls also received a very special necklace from Grams and Gramps

Here it is up close

and here is Hailey's though you can't see it at all and in her words "there is a line on my face in that picture"

Lauren got the Lego Carousel she wanted and was hoping for so that rounded out a very special Christmas for her - and leaves us all (even her) wondering where on earth we will put all the Legos! But we don't mind, because we love that she loves them!!!

All in all it was a wonderful Christmas, the girls had a great time, for the most part they got what they were hoping for - we all worked hard, we all got tired and now we are relaxing and enjoying some quiet mountain air!

Wow - I can't wait to see the carousel put together. It looks so cool in the catalog. Seriously you could open up your own lego museum with all the great sets Lauren is putting together.

You are going to have to build a Lego room for all of those! Zilla only got 2 small boxes and I have no idea where to put them so he doesn't lose any pieces!

I hope you have a very nice time enjoying the mountain air.
