Winter Blues...

Ha!  Got ya!  I don't have the winter blues, at least not in the way you might be thinking.  While we still have 2 feet of snow in the front yard...it has been unseasonably warm here this weekend.  Like bike riding, path hiking, sit on your porch and soak up some vitamin D warm.  While many welcome this weather, me - Not so Much.

I know, I know - spring brings wonderful things...new growth, long warm nights...blah blah blah.

Spring also brings a desperate need for these

and the ridiculous Fly dance I do each time I hear one...I don't what it is but that incessant buzzing can really drive me over the edge - especially when they are speedy little boogers and I have to chase and stop and listen and swat and stop and listen and chase and swat and listen and ARGH.

I suppose I could try making it more pleasant by using one of these?

But I don't think I could bare to get fly guts on this beauty!  Plus, one might simply consider this a little over the top!

So now that I have destroyed my first fly of the 2012 bug season I believe what it really means is that it is time to break out my favorite bug spray and get to work protecting my home from things that drive me up the wall!  At least the ones I can protect it from that is!

Happy Spring

I have got to go buy some bug spray too. It's time to start spraying the foundation before they come and get me!

Only you would track down an owl-adorned swatter! LOVE it! :)

Fight 'em off, Sister! (Surprisingly, we had a smattering of snow today!)

Flies are annoying little boogers who torture me as well.
*sigh*
Oh, to be a fly on the wall while you are doing your fly dance. :)
